Shop ( Seller) sells by mail order retail and wholesale goods (clothing and accessories) through a structured online shop via the Internet. The sale of the goods of ‘Rep in Peace’ brand or any other brands are available online, and the sales of which the Trading B2B Company is entitled to. 1.2. The customer ( Buyer ) by placing order declares that he has read the Terms and Conditions of our e-store www.repinpeace.com and accepts it. 1.3. The information on the page www.repinpeace.com not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Prices and product descriptions are the only commercial information. Customer placing an order via the e-store, make a purchase of specific goods under the conditions specified in the product description. 1.4. Orders can be placed in Polish or English. 1.5. Prices of products listed on our website are gross prices (including VAT), are expressed in three currencies: Polish zloty , Euros and U.S. Dollars (converted automatically to the average NBP rate from the previous business day) and do not include shipping costs, which are separately depending on the value of the ordered goods, the method of delivery, and destination of the consignment in the country or abroad. 1.6. The price given is valid until stock availability. 1.7. Seller reserves the right to change prices of goods on offer, and cancel promotion and implementation of these modifications. 1.8. All the goods in the e-store tab ‘ SALE% ‘ are sold with a discount of 15-80 % compared to their initial prices. 1.9. Deals at e-store do not cumulate. Goods already covered by the discount are not subject to an additional discount. 1.10. In case of whole or partly unavailability of the goods within one order, Seller shall promptly notify the Buyer about such incident and in case payment already made by the Buyer, the Seller will reimburse them the same amount of money. 1.11. II. PLACING THE ORDER

2.1. IV. DELIVERY
